Jassim Qabazard

President

Mr. Qabazard’s professional career extends back to the year 1970 where he joined the Ministry of Public Works, Roads Department as an Engineer in Training, then 1972-73 he attended one year program sponsored by International Road Federation consequently at Ohio State University where he acquired intensive courses in construction management / strength of material and material quality control management all mainly relating to road design and construction. Mr. Qabazard ultimately compiled 7 years of extensive experience (1973 - 1977) with the Ministry of Public Works and Road Department. This experience started from a Site Engineer and ended as the Head of Construction Section (Road and Drainage Dept) where he performed numerous task covered design, planning, construction and material testing of road and ancillaries through out the State of Kuwait. Ultimately, Jassim Qabazard proceeded to establish the consulting firm of (Archicentre) 1977 in partnership with another professional where he acted a partner and general manager. During his 13 years of experience Archicentre concluded a group of very prestigious multi-disciplinary projects covering all areas of planning, architectural and engineering specialties. Archicenter was dissolved due to the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait in 1990. In 1991 Mr. Jassim Qabazard established JQEC as a professional continuation of (Archicenter) and since then Mr. Qabazard acted as Chairman and Managing Director and has been able to lead the firm to become one of the few well recognized consultancy firm in the State of Kuwait.

Mr. Fayez Miski

Engineering Director & Design Manager

Mr. Fayez Miski (B. Architecture) is the Engineering Director at Dar JQEC as well as the Firm’s Design Manager. With over (38) years of Experience, Mr. Miski play a distinct and highly complementary roles in product development and engineering organizations. As Engineering Director, Mr. Miski operates at a strategic, multi-team level to provide a high-level business alignment, manages engineering managers, mentor technical staff, handle hiring and organizational design, maintain high engineering standards and ensure regulatory compliance.

Being the Design Manager at Dar JQEC, Mr. Miski focuses on tactical execution coordination and quality during the preparation of Design Drawings, management plan and Supervision. Mr. Miski has wide international experience in Development Projects and the Planning, preparation of Conceptual and Detailed Design for Residential, Commercial Leisure, Tourist, and Institutional Complex as well as educational and Medical Projects. He has been involved in several Master Planning and Development Projects in the Middle East and Gulf region along with International Consultants and Designers, and Planners.

In addition to the above, Mr. Miski was, for (19) years, an Assistant Professor participated on the development of Architectural Curriculum in the field of Architecture Design, Execution Drawings, Urban Design, City Planning and Landscape at the Faculty of Architecture – Beirut Arab University, Lebanon.

Mr. Muhammad Asaf Sadiq

Senior Project Architect

Mr. Muhammad Asaf has accumulated 46 years of architectural experience and is well versed in the architecture of the Middle East. Mr. Asaf has successfully fulfilled the role of Senior Architect on major Government projects with particular emphasis on the review and approval of architectural material. Well experienced in coordination with all engineering disciplines and other packages controlling of architectural design.

Om Parkash Mantri

Senior Electrical Engineer

    Mr Om Mantri has massive 48 years of professional experience in the field of Electrical & Low Voltage Systems. Preliminary studies, design, low voltage systems design, specifications, bill of quantities, tender analysis, checking contractor shop drawings, supervision and coordination with the authorities for approvals.

Mujtaba Afzal

I.T. Specialist

     Provides The Information Technology Executive is responsible for installing and maintaining computer hardware, software and networks . Serves as focal point for all inter-office IT-related matters company-wide. Helps to determine new, creative ways to employ teams on projects and distribute responsibilities. Tactfully communicates sensitive information. Handles difficult personnel situations directly, using appropriate discretion, HR advice, and respect for the individual. Serves as key participant in team meetings. Ensures that support for around-the-clock information transfer, storage, and processing is timely, efficient and meets the service levels required.

Fatinuddin Kasimi

Project planner

Mr. Kasimi is a Planning Programmer Engineer (Civil), with more than 26 years of experience, in the construction field out of which more than 16 years as a project control system engineer (Time & Cost) involved in the management of major scale vertical & horizontal projects, infrastructure works with strategic planning, allocation, monitoring & control of resources/manpower including works related to claims, extension of time, variation orders and have deep understanding of the various aspects of construction and project planning with extensive follow-up which allows proper control at every stage of the project. A team leader who motivates to get the job done with focus on time and budget, having strong critical thinking, problem solving skills who can work under conditions of stress and handle difficult situations with ease.

Sadiq S. Saldulkar

Senior Quantity Surveyor

Mr. Saldulkar has overall 28 years of professional experience, in the construction industry in reputed Consulting firms. Preparation of cost estimates, bills of quantities and tender documents. Negotiating with suppliers/subcontractors to obtain the best prices and terms. Managing project budgets, including forecasting and monitoring costs. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all project-related costs and financial transactions.Provide expert advice on procurement, risk management and cost-saving measures.  

Khaled E. Hussein

Accountant

Mr Khaled is responsible for preparing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Reconcile bank statements and balance general ledger accounts. Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and daily expenses.
